As most of my friends will know, I had gotten rather carried away with the wonderfully amazing vegetation in Western Australia (about 13,000 species in WA alone). My quarter acre block had become quite packed with over 400 native plants. You too may find them both bizarre looking but at the same time beautiful. Here I was trying to display what was currently in flower at the time. Although most flower over the winter period, there was always something flowering throughout the year. The photographic quality varied as for convenience, I sometimes utilize a point & shoot digital camera rather than 35mm slides due to the time delay in finishing and processing the film.
